[Maf] MAF 0.4.3 and SingleWindow Mode

Maf doesn't use the browser.tabs.showSingleWindowModePrefs setting or 
the open links setting. The code that opens archives in tabs only 
overwrites the first tab if the url is about:blank. What may be 
happening when you double click is, for some reason, the url of the 
first blank tab may not be available and so Maf just adds tabs after it. 
I'm a bit busy with other projects, but I'll look into possibly adding a 
short delay when opening (like a second) and seeing if that solves the 
problem.
