[Maf] Make MAFs batch files relative

With the fix of Bug #246209 (and new chrome registration system
[http://www.mozilla.org/xpfe/ConfigChromeSpec.html] available in the
latest trunk builds) is it going to be possible to make the
extension's script/batch files independent of the profile folder
location. This may increasingly become an issue now that Firefox is
capable of profiles changing location for applications like running
Firefox off a usb drive.
