[Maf] A suggestion for MAF 0.7

Greetings Christopher,

Thank you for the renewed effort of evolving MAF into version 0.7.

I encourage all fellow readers of this newsletter to contribute financially
to this effort on maf.mozdez.org. (I am speaking here on my own initiative)

Now for the suggestion:

Once a page is saved as an MHTML file, upon displaying it, it would useful
to be able go to the URL, to check whether it still exists or how it has
changed.

I know that the original URL is explicitly laid-out in the header of the
MHTL file, but using this is cumbersome.

A simple menu entry: View --> Original page, would do the trick.

A minor plea: integrate (back) the MAF_MENU functionality into MAF.
