[Maf] Problem with 0.6.2

Hmmm. There's an open bug about this 
http://bugzilla.mozdev.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11117 but it may be a mime 
registration setting I changed between 0.5.0 and 0.6.2. I'll revert it 
and hopefully the error would stop (ah, cvs diffs). As I comment in the 
bug though, with the MAF mime type registered sometimes the mime handler 
component doesn't seem ready as the MAF javascript components seem not 
to have registered themselves as yet. Not finding a usable handler, it 
prompts. I've seen this happen when one instance of firefox is in memory 
exiting and another starting (possible on slower machines), but not in 
everyday usage.
    Add yourself to the bug, I'll upload a change to CVS today and maybe 
attach a build to the bug so you can test to see if it stops.

So many bugs, so little time.
