[Maf] 0.6.2 Release

Hello Christopher,

0.6.2 works pretty well for me. Again I simply installed this new 
version over the old one, restarted Firefox - done.

(In contrast to 0.5 version I can even repackage my old saved htm-pages 
as MAF zip pages even if the old page include non-cacheable items. 0.5 
created no .zip.maf files at all, 0.6.2 works.)

One enhancement wish: Save dialogue offers two entries "MAF ZIP 
archives" in file type field. I cannot distinguish between ".zip.maf" 
file and ".maf.zip" file in this dialogue. (Ok, I know by now that the 
first one is .zip.maf, second one is .maf.zip.) Is there a way to make 
these two distinguishable?
