[Maf] Localization

Hello all,

After a few more tests, MAF 0.4.0 should be ready for release. If 
there's anyone on the list who wishes to contribute a translated locale 
before I release this version, eMail me and I'll send you the locale 
files to translate off list. Any locales not sent back translated by 
Tuesday night my time (GMT -400) won't be included. The release is 
planned for bright and early Wednesday morning.
