Greetings.  Thanks to Christopher for this great extension.  I caught
the discussion on the next release and was wondering two things:
 
1)                   Will this release add a spot in the context menu?  
2)                   Will the code optimization you are completing
achieve the speed up of the MHT encoding you mentioned a while back?
