[Maf] French translation

Hello,

I'm translating MAF into french.
The work is near finished (I hope), and the result can already be found 
on the following addess : http://smilissimo.free.fr/MAF.php

I had to modify the keyboard shortcut Alt+M (which in french 
translations of Mozilla is already used for Bookmarks) into Alt+R, and I 
also modified some non-localizable strings in the chrome/content directory.
