[Maf] MAF Firefox 1.0 Compatibility

MAF uses its own post-install setup code because Firefox doesn't have
the required functionality in the rdf based install manager. The Firefox
team (ok, Ben) keeps changing the way the version is reported with each
release, so the code that I have that checks the version keeps breaking.
I think I've fixed it for good in the 0.4.3 code (in cvs right now). The
version code also determines how some save functionality is called (they
changed parameter types for some components) so that's understandably
borked if the version code is broken.
Getting some testers for anything that breaks would be good,
especially if I can fix it.

Regards,
Christopher.

Ps. I'm on (slow) dialup, so I don't debug against nightlies. That's why
it sometimes takes a while for MAF to be updated when stuff breaks.
