[Maf] Save Integration

With each release MAF is integrating deeper into the Mozilla codebase
and although I would like to add MAF in the save page as entry, it's not
as easy or as clean to implement as you would think. I basically would
have to end up re-defining a bunch of save functions to get MAF in there
(in both Firefox and Mozilla). The save code tends to change slightly in
each release so rather than constantly try to keep up, I'm waiting for
at least the official Firefox 1.0 release before I try to do it.
Renaming stuff is a tweakable preference you have by redefining what you
want to in the dtd. Unzip the maf.jar, edit the locale dtd that has the
string you want to change, re-zip it and you're good to go. Saving
multiple .html is interesting, but I'll have to think about it. I don't
see an immediate benefit to including the functionality.
    Thanks for the suggestions.

Regards,
Christopher.

As for the MAF extension one thing I would like to see to make it
cleaner is to shove all the "Save Page in Archive" under the "Save
Page As.." like what you did with the open archive. Also rename the
"Save All Tabs in Archive" to "Save Tabs As.." and support saving in
multiple .html as well.
