There's a base href value in the HTML source that's different to the URL
of the page. When MAF replaces local URLs so you can browse linked pages
in the same archive, the first thing it does is make all the URLs
absolute. Ignoring the base href tag is a known bug and unfortunately in
0.4.2 even if you disable "Rewrite Archive Document URLs" this still
happens. I've fixed it in CVS and it would be fixed in 0.4.3 release.

Sorry about the trouble. :). MAF 0.4.2 is 0.4.1 repackaged with a file
that was missing for usage on Windows. If you upgraded, it didn't affect
you, but new installations had trouble. Because it was only a repackage,
internally it's still 0.4.1.
