If the index file has the extension bin, basically either the mime type 
of the file wasn't specified as a header in the mht file or the Mozilla 
MIME discovery service can't figure out what type of file it's supposed 
to be. If you know what type of file it's supposed to be rename it to 
the correct extension from bin in the temp folder and ensure it's 
decoded properly. If this isn't isolated to a few MHTs you could eMail 
me one (to this address, not the MAF mailing list) so I can try to see 
what the problem might be. It would also be good if you told me what 
application you used to create the MHTs (version etc).
