I have a plan to add archive meta data that is not page specific. So far
the only things planned are an internal archive title and a default
index page reference. When implemented, there will be an additional
selection in the archive open mode section of the preferences: Open
index page.
Also planned are browse enhancements (which include being able to
refresh/close archives). I don't plan on adding the ability to rename
archives, but merging, adding to and deleting pages from archives is
planned.
Storing archives in archives is a good way to start to send me mad.
Heh. So don't think I'll be doing that anytime soon. I am considering
adding additional meta data though: annotations and categories. These
are designed to be used by my (still unreleased, but getting closer)
mafsearch service and extension, but eventually I might add support for
viewing / editing that meta-data in the browse dialog. We'll see.
These planned features are a bit off in the future though as I'm
trying to ensure I get most of the bugs that have popped up since my
re-write out. I'm also splitting my focus as I'm working on making
mafsearch as stable as I can for beta release.

I've experimented a bit and found that MAF and Adblock don't seem to
like each other. If you have Adblock installed, disable it before trying
to save pages and see if that helps. Alternately, if you work offline
before trying to save the page(s) everything should go smoothly.
