[Maf] file:///Disk:/folder browsing bug

Hello all,

MAF has functionality to re-write document URLs so that absolute URL
references from pages can be mapped to local file locations in archives.
Part of this functionality makes attributes that hold URLs in documents
absolute so MAF can test them. Unfortunately you cannot disable this by
unchecking the "Rewrite archive document URLs" check box as this is done
outside the preference setting. The bug is that if the page has a base
tag, its href is ignored and the document's original href is used to
resolve any relative URLs. If the base tag href doesn't match the
document's original href, then there's a problem. I've fixed these two
bugs locally and the fixes will be committed to cvs soon.

Thanks for the report,
Christopher.
