[Maf] MAF 0.4.2 Release

Hello again all,

If you've installed MAF 0.4.1 and everything's working fine, you can 
skip this release. Apparently, somehow a 0 length version of invis.vbs 
used in the windows specific options got committed to CVS (odd, but at 
least I noticed now). 0.4.2 is only 0.4.1 with invis.vbs properly 
included. If you upgraded to any 0.4.x from 0.3.x then you're not 
affected by this. If you try to do a new installation on a new profile 
on windows MAF won't work without this fix (well hiding the window 
anyway). MAF will report that it's still 0.4.1.
