[Maf] MAF 0.4.1 Release

I've been coding for 3 days straight on various projects. Lost track of 
time (technically day). Anyhoo, I'm releasing the latest version of MAF 
as I write this, so the replication servers should have 0.4.1 out there 
by lunch time or so. You might have noticed that I had some stuff about 
a maf:// protocol in the last release and this one. I use every feature 
I put in (except the non-english locales and the Windows specific 
options), and aside from interacting with my mafsearch application, I 
use the protocol to bookmark pages in maf archives. It's disabled by 
default primarily because I haven't done any extensive security analysis 
of the protocol.
    Enough rambling for now, sleep.
