[Maf] Opening MAF files...

In win2K when right clicking on a MAF associated file, the default 
selection is Open with MAF.  With this option, the get the error message 
below.  If I change the associatiation of the file types to open with 
Mozilla, the files open correctly without errors or problems.

Now I can't create any other MAF formats other than the MHT format?  Any 
ideas?  All paths are and have been set properly.
