[Maf] Opening MAF files...

The latest release of MAF includes code in the Windows specific 
preferences that lets you associate .maf, .maff and .mht files with 
Mozilla/Firefox in Windows explorer. It only works though if you have 
the correct path set to the wscript.exe application in the preferences 
also. Select the associations you want, save the preferences and your 
MAF associations should be back.
