[Maf] MAF issues - Non breaking spaces and invis.vbs

Hi Ken,

Always good to be appreciated. :). As far as the wierd characters when 
saving pages that use two non-breaking spaces is concerned, if you have 
an example URL you can eMail me. Before you do however, see if the same 
thing happens when you "Save as Web Page complete". I'm using a mangled 
version of that logic. If the problem isn't there when you do that, then 
I've mangled mine a bit too much and would need a sample URL. Heh. Thanks.
  Now for the invis.vbs thing. Make sure it exists and the location for 
it in the preferences is right (c:\temp\maf\invis.vbs is the default). 
If the invis.vbs file isn't there you can get it from the XPI you used 
to install MAF. (The XPI is just a zip file anyway, unzip it and copy 
the scripts\invis.vbs file to c:\temp\maf). If that doesn't work, check 
the permissions and make sure you can execute VbScript on your system.
