[Maf] New MAF version.

Hello all,

There's a new MAF version that was released this morning. It takes a few 
hours for the mirror servers to get updated, so the latest XPIs should 
be available by this afternoon for the latest. This version (0.2.19) 
fixes some problems with using MAF with Mozilla (only tested with 1.7 
RC2 though), so if you've had that problem, try this version. A 0.2.18 
to 0.2.19 changelog is available from the website.
