[Maf] MAF for windows/firefox 0.9; drive letters

On MAF 0.2.20, on Firefox 0.9, Windows XP Pro the default
locations for everything in the MAF preferences point to the
c: drive.  On most of the computers in my office there is no
c: drive (main drive is e:, because of the way Windows was
installed), and until the MAF preferences are changed any use
of MAF functions causes Javascript errors (either file not
found or permissions errors).  After the preferences are
changed, all MAF functionality appears to work.

So could you fix the install so that the paths point to
HOMEDRIVE or SystemDrive or something like that instead of C:?

(Yeah, drive letters are silly... and having our hard drives
be E: causes tons of software to break...)
