[Maf] MAF 0.4.3 and SingleWindow Mode

Hello,

I set "browser.tabs.showSingleWindowModePrefs: true" in about:config and
select in Tools > Options: "Open links from other applications in:
a new tab in the most recent window". For every MAF archive I open by
double-clicking from the explorer, a blank tab is opened firstly in the
foreground. (Using drag & drop no blank tab is opened.)

Any chance to change this?
