[Maf] save page didnt work

Something may be wrong with your mafzip and mafunzip batch files. If you 
upgraded instead of doing a clean install something in the post-install 
may not have worked. To rerun the post install first go to your profile 
folder and you should see a maf subfolder. Delete all the files in there 
(but not the temp folder). In Mozilla go to about:config and change 
maf.postsetup.0.4.3.complete from true to false. Restart Mozilla and the 
scripts and executables should be recreated.

No. MAFF is a Mozilla Archive Format File. The double f is also there so 
that there aren't clashes with MS Access on Windows which uses the .maf 
extension and doesn't like to let it go.
