[Maf] File associations?

Hey Amir,

Well when MAF 0.3.0 was released, there was no Firefox 0.9.3 for me to
test on, but that shouldn't be the problem. If you do have MAF installed
and you're getting the prompt, odds are the extension has been disabled
or did not properly finish its installation (you have to restart the
browser). If you don't see entries for saving and opening archives in
the file menu, MAF is definitely not enabled. It may also be how the
file association in XP is working, so try dragging and dropping a MAF
file into an open browser's window content area.
Basically it's possible, because I do it myself, but I haven't
tested it with your version of Firefox and your operating system.

Regards,
Christopher.
