[Maf] MAF 0.3.0

Hello All,

Once again I'm releasing a new version of MAF, 0.3.0. It's mostly bug 
fixes with one or two features thrown in, but the reason for the minor 
number change from 0.2 to 0.3 is that I finally consider this extension 
out of beta. There are still some features that I would still like to 
add and optimizations to perform (especially the MHT encoding and 
decoding), but this version that I consider feature complete. The new 
MAF packages only install in the user's profile now as it is a lot 
cleaner (and safer on multiuser systems) not to place the MAF scripts 
and temp folder in a shared area. As mailing list subscribers, you guys 
have first crack at using the new MAF available from

There is no platform independent upgrade as I've changed the scripts and 
the installer in addition to the MAF code. I recommend removing any 
previous version of MAF before installing, but it should work 
regardless. The download servers take 6 to 8 hours to replicate, so if 
the above URLs don't work, they will tomorrow. The official MAF release 
will happen when I've finished updating the entire website for the new 
version (end of the week for the latest). Thanks once more to all of you 
who have suggested features or pointed out bugs along the way or 
otherwise showed your interest and support.
