[Livehttpheaders] about the new icon feature

NP (http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=520007) has helped me 
one more time to achieve this work correctly.
Please download it and correct the unuseful code lines because I'm not a 
programer and I think that my work's quality is poor. Anyway my icon now 
do what I wanted and that's the only important thing for me. Hope it 
will be useful.
