Sorry, I forgot to copy the livehttpheaders.xpi to
livehttpheaders-0.13.1.xpi; I've fixed it in CVS and hopefully it will
make it to the mirrors shortly. In the meantime, you can grab it from
addons.mozilla.org  
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/3829/
