[Livehttpheaders] Bugfix for livehttpheaders on FF/Mac

The accel key for Windows is ctrl, not alt; so, this will change it. In
fact, it changes to ctrl-L under Windows+Linux cmd-L under OS X. For the
en-US localization, at least, this is the shortcut for selecting the
location bar.
