[LibX] Base URL for configuring EBSCO A to Z as Link Resolver in LibX?

You need to not include anything after the ?, and you must not include
the ? either.

Simply use the baseurl: http://atoz.ebsco.com/directlink.11761/OpenURL

You can try it out here: http://old.libx.org/openurl/openurlframe.html
