[LibX] LibX 2.0 and Firefox 6, Chrome

LibX 2.0 is undergoing active testing.

The latest code is always at http://libx.org/releases/ which is linked from
libx.org

Please download and install the latest version. The sooner we have major
bugs ironed out, the sooner we can declare this a "release".

Developer mode is entered in the latest codebase using a checkbox in the
"About" tab.
