[LibX] Adding 360 Search to LibX

I've created a prototype that uses the XML API (for COinS resolution etc.)
Unfortunately, it seems to have a bit of a step-child status at
Serials Solutions - it's not very reliable, one quickly gets errors
etc., in particular when querying several items in a row, such as when
processing Coins on a page.
As Jonathan points out, to integrate Link/360 you don't need the API.
But, it'll be beneficial. For LibX 2.0, we integrate a "preview"
feature where you can see results directly in the search popup. This
will be pluggable, but so far we only have support for Summon in it.
