[LibX] LibX and SIRSI users

I've created a LibX version (currently using Firefox) for our library and everything is working great except linking from the "cue" that appears when searching book vendors such as Amazon, B&N, etc. We are using SIRSI Unicorn as our ILS and I have a few issues:

1. Sometimes, the cue does not show up at all. This takes place with Alibris and Powells.

2. When a book is not found in the OPAC, SIRSI should display this message: "Item not found--perhaps the following list will help" and list below keywords/subject headings that are close alphabetically to the search term. Instead, it often displays an error message: "#csnot defined". I'm not sure if this is a problem with SIRSI and LibX compatibility, however, the appropriate message does display sometimes.

3. If I right-click on the title of a book and search the OPAC by title, etc. SIRSI exhibits appropriate behavior. Same goes if I type or copy/paste bib data up in the LibX toolbar.

If anyone else out there has found this with SIRSI and has figured out why this is happening, please let me know. If this is a problem that cannot be remedied, I wouldn't mind taking the cue feature out, yet I've been told by the developers that this cannot be done.

Thank you,
