[LibX] ISBN search for Summon as library catalog problem

We have the information on the Summons search syntax, and even XML API,
graciously and openly provided by Serials Solutions.

Sony Vijay, a new LibX team member, is working on integrating Summon into
the edition builder. We should be able to autodetect it and support it with
a Bookmarklet.
