[LibX] LibX in IE and Microsoft .NET Framework # ?

No, IE6 and IE7 should work.
But .Net 2.0 must be installed, at least, rather than just .Net 1.1 or
no .Net at all.
If .Net is not installed, "Windows Update" will show it as an available update.
