[LibX] LibX and Encore on Amazon

Ok.

I've changed the amazon cue now to fall back to a title or keyword
search if the primary catalog doesn't support ISBN searches.  If the
catalog's url contains 'encore', LibX will in addition strip out any
colons.

This should address Ranti's issue.
