[LibX] openurl and ISBN (+ problem on ubuntu feisty)

Short answer: there's no reason OpenURL doesn't do ISBN, it could be
added. If you have a patch, that would be welcome.

We have encountered the permissions issue in Linux as well; I've asked
the student who was working on that to provide his fix, it should be
in the edition builder soon.
