In any case, all you have to do is click on the 'instal' link either on mozilla or here, at mozdev.oregonstate.edu/leetkey/leetkey.xpi and restart FF.  After that try pressing ctrl+shift+E you can right click on any textbox/textarea to get the LeetKey options or select text in browser with the mouse and right click on it to get options.
