Kypi - I am not an expert on shockwave/flash, but I am quite certain that the extension would have to be something much more intrusive and at the very minimum would have to use XPCOM interfaces to native keyboard functionality of the OS.  This is completey beyond the scope of this extension, try finding a free source windows programmer to do this.
