Does "chrome://sqltest/content/" work correctly?  (I've never run it myself, so I have no idea as to 
good vs. bad resposne).

Considering the info on this page (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/sql/), it doesn't look like sql 
support is automatically built in to mozilla.  However, 
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?application=mozilla&version=1.7&os=all&category=Developer%20Tools&numpg=10&id=409
states that Mozilla 1.7 is required.
