The two have nothing to do with each other; IE View Lite is a sort-of 
rewrite of IE View.  Some IE View code, and all the features, are 
copied, but I have nothing to do with that one.

So IE View is in your Add-Ons list, but disabled?  Or do you get an 
error when trying to install it?  If so, from where?
