[Ieview] IE View not compatible

Trying to figure out how far your install went:

1.	Is it in the Add-Ons list?  (Tools | Add-Ons)

2.	If so, is it marked as disabled?

3.	If it's installed, and not disabled, does right-clicking on a page 
give you the View this Page in IE option as expected?
