[Ieview] Removing Site

 From Firefox's Tools/Add-Ons menu, select IE View's Options button.

There's a list titled "Always-in-IE sites" -- select the one you want to 
remove, click the "Delete" button, then OK.  You may need to restart 
Firefox for the change to take effect.
