[Ieview] ieview Changing url

Firefox is my default browser. I have ieview 1.3.3 installed and set to
redirect  <https://arsweb.msfc.nasa.gov/> https://arsweb.msfc.nasa.gov/ to
i.e.  I have a URL.
<https://arsweb.msfc.nasa.gov/ncrs.asp?eid=CR-000000002769>
https://arsweb.msfc.nasa.gov/ncrs.asp?eid=CR-000000002769 in an e-mail. When
I paste the URL into i.e. it takes me to the correct login page.  When I
click on the URL in the e-mail firefox opens, and redirects me to i.e. i.e.
then opens the WRONG login page. It apears that the URL is getting changed
going from firefox to i.e.
