[Ieview] IE View 1.3.2 , IE7 Open in New Tab?

Is there a way to open in IE7 in a new tab in an existing window,
rather than a new window each time?  There doesn't appear to be a
documented command-line argument to do so for IE7.  The only thing I
could find was using WSH automation, which is a pain and would require
changing the IE exe path to my script file.  Any cleaner solutions?
