[Ieview] IE View breaks several TAB extensions

I've seen the FAQ, I've tried the """fix""" and it does nothing.  The
last update of IE View broke both "UnDoCloseTab" and "Duplicate Tab"
extension.  All of them have been playing nice for a long, long time.
I find it interesting that an extension update that breaks several
extensions blames the other extensions.......

Are there old releases of IE Tab available?  I'd rather go back to one
that plays nice rather than remove it (because it will go before the
tab options do)
