[Ieview] I've translated IE View to Euskara(Basque)

Hi,

I write you to tell that we ( 3ARRANO..com) have translated IE View 
extension to Euskara (Basque language). I send you the locale folder in 
order to add the translation for the next release, if you can. In my 
website I've got a page where I give information about the extension and 
there's a link to download the xpi with the basque translation in it.
