[Ieview] automatic IE view for certain URLs

I'd like to thank for this wonderful extension; it's my trump card in 
convincing most of the few users who are unwilling to try Firefox and 
many of those unwilling to make it their default browser.

I'd like to suggest a modification of IEView to always
call IE for particular URLs. Or better yet, to open the URL in a
WebBrowser control, which would leave the extension substantially in
control. This way, people wouldn't have to switch back and forth
manually; they could just, for example, right-click and select "Always
open page in IE". Thus, someone who uses CARE.USBANK.COM (which uses
an ActiveX control) wouldn't need to be concerned about whether
Firefox is the default browser or not.  I suspect that something like
this would significantly improve the acceptance factor of Firefox in
business environments.
