[Ieview] script busy

This is a known problem -- sorry, should have followed up with reference 
to the bug reports.

Basically, when Always-in-IE is on, IE View needs to set a listener on 
all links in the page at load time.  This can add up, and you get the 
long-script warning.  No known workaround at this time.
