[Ietab] "Install Script Not Found."

I have used IE Tab with great success until yesterday. It has 
disappeared from my right-click menu and from the View pull-down menu. 
When I try to reinstall it I get an error msg, "Install Script Not Found."

What is this "install script" and where can I get it?

OS:         WinXP SP2, up-to-date
Browser: SeaMonkey 1.1.9
Add-on:   NoScript 1.6, with Mozdev.org and Mozilla.org whitelisted
