[Ietab] Accessing DOM from Firefox Sidebar applications.

Hello, I am trying to access elements within webpages loaded with IETab from
a firefox sidebar, but have no clue where to start.  Is there any
documentation on this? or anyone have any ideas that may help?  thanks
